What we ordered: #1 PHỞ ĐẬC BIỆT (TÁI, NẠM, GÂN, SÁCH) $16.95 Pork Banh Mi (Reg.) $9.50 2 Cay CG $5.75 Spring Roll (Reg.) $8 44B. BÚN CHAO TÔM & BO NƯỚNG CHẢ GIÒ Shrimp Paste, Grilled Beef & Egg Rolls (2) w/Rice Vermicelli $16.95 Iced Coffee $5.50 We ordered the 1. PHỞ ĐẬC BIỆT which consists of Rib Eye, Brisket, Tendon & Tripe w/Rice Noodle Soup (Large Combo). It was a good pho, but it's pricey when you think that Pho is more of an affordable dish and it rings up to over $17 with tax. I would recommend sharing the pho and ordering other dishes so you can try other dishes. The Pho is big enough to share between two people. When you factor in that two people can share it then the price point doesn't seem so bad. We also ordered a Regular Pork Banh Mi which was good, but also a bit pricey compared to Banh Mi's at other shops. I feel like $9.50 is a bit steep for a Banh Mi when other shops charge $7 to $8. We also ordered a side of order of Egg Rolls for $5.75. It comes with two fried egg rolls and they were very good. The Spring Rolls were very tasty especially with the peanut dipping sauce. We got 4 large rolls for $8 and the Spring rolls came with Pork and Shrimp. The other dish we ordered was 44B. BÚN CHAO TÔM & BO NƯỚNG CHẢ GIÒ Shrimp Paste, Grilled Beef & Egg Rolls (2) w/Rice Vermicelli and it was very good. I would definitely order it again. In fact, all the dishes here were very good and I would order them again. I want to try pho at other places to see how they compare. The Golden Deli has some of the best pho in SGV. There's lot's of competition for Vietnamese restaurants in the SGV and this restaurant does a good job of separating itself from its competitors as one of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the area. The service was very attentive considering how busy the restaurant was, but they did forget to give us the Iced Coffee until the end of the meal which was okay with us actually. They apologized for their mistake. With that being said, I know Vietnamese Coffee quite well as we traveled all over Vietnam, but this coffee was too bitter with not enough sugar to offset the bitterness the coffee. We will definitely come back to try other dishes. We will probably skip the Banh Mi as the price is a bit expensive and there's better places to go for a Banh Mi and we are not fans of the iced coffee as well. We definitely recommend the Pho, spring rolls, eggs rolls and other noodle dishes.

Hello. Here I am with my review and my experience. I had a day off and after cleaning out all my closets (yeah, all the extra clothing that was not being used going to Goodwill) I was craving something just didn't know what. I was driving down to target and passed by this great little location. I had heard of it before but never stopped since the line is always out the door. Well today was my lucky day. I walked right in with my daughter and we were seated right away. Super friendly server and the service was fast. They took our drink order then when they came back after 3 minutes with our drinks we placed our order. You may think I'm nuts but I was dying to have a Pho soup. I've had other Pho soups before at other locations but I wanted to try it here. My daughter had egg rolls with vermicelli. We also shared shrimp spring rolls. My soup was delicious. The meat was not hard and it was soft. Unlike other locations that I've tried before. The spring rolls were so good and the peanut sauce was amazing. It was just not enough for the both of us. Maybe we hey should give each person their own cup. But it was so good. My daughter's plate was delicious as well. The egg rolls on the side were so delicious. The meat tasted very fresh and not sitting in a fridge. The sauce they give you for the bowl of vermicelli made it so good. The service was amazing and so was the ambiance. The food however was really good. I will definitely be back with my hubby. And yes even in a very hot day the Pho was not something I was about to pass on!!!!

Great Vietnamese food :) I was a little hesitant when we first arrived bc the person (or whoever was available) wasn't really friendly or inviting. Once sat, staff was nice and food came out fast! Steamed egg is my go to and it was on point. Your food and overall staff were great, please focus on that first impression. That guy needs to smile and try to act like he wants business.

Finally tried Golden Deli for the first time. I ordered the com tam with the BBQ beef, shrimp paste and steamed egg. The food was pretty good. The service was great and our server was nice. The only thing is that they don't serve the side bone broth that a lot of other legit com tam places typically include. Parking can also be tough sometimes. But other than that, they are pretty good with the vietnamese cuisines that they offer.

I came here for a weekday lunch and luckily did not have to wait. The restaurant is large and fairly casual. Some of the staff don't speak great English but there is always someone that does that they will bring over if you have questions. I ordered a mix of the apps as well as the famous bun bo hue. The appetizers were amazing, the eggrolls were some of the best I ever had and the beef was delightfully smoky and tender. Unfortunately the bun bo hue has me disappointed. The noodles were short and chopped up unevenly and they felt like they had been sitting in the broth for hours. The broth was good, but nothing incredible. I needed to add a lot of the fresh basil and lime for flavor. Prices are slightly high for a casual Vietnamese restaurant but j think this is largely due to the hype. I would consider coming back but won't be ordering the bun bo hue.

Combo pho is always the go for me because I love everything in it: rib eye, brisket, tendon and tripe. I feel like it was a solid bowl of pho. The broth was good but nothing extraordinary and the noodles were pretty springy. My only gripe is that the tripe was so thin and almost disappeared as the noodles untangled themselves. I got the small combo (#8: pho tai nam gan sach) as opposed to the large combo (#1: pho dac biet) which was the perfect serving size for me. We waited over 30 minutes which we sort of expected since there were 10 people in our group. The interior is pretty limited in space so they put two tables together to squeeze us in. The arrangement worked and the food came out pretty quickly after ordering which greatly appreciated after the wait.

This is probably my favorite Vietnamese noodle soup restaurant. What I got: #30 (replace brisket with rib eye) and pork with vermicelli soup, Vietnamese coffee, and these delicious house egg rolls that you wrap in lettuce! The noodles in the soup were the perfect shape and texture that gave it the perfect amount of chewiness. The broth was flavorful and rich. The egg rolls were so crispy on the outside and juicy and savory on the inside. Just heavenly!!

Came around ~1PM on a Tuesday afternoon and only had to wait around 10-15 mins. Everything is very fast paced and we were seated before we knew it. Though it may be a small restaurant, it feels and smells very homey! I got their Bun Bo Hue and my boyfriend got their Pho special. Their flavor is very spot on and the bowls are huge portion. I opted for all beef instead of the pork legs and they didn't skim out! Parking is shared amongst the other shops within the plaza/other restaurants.
